Many art historians consider Jock Sturges, born in 1947, to be one of the most important fine art photographers of our times. Line of beauty and grace is a film about photography and art, family and life, dealing with the history of man and woman, life and art.

We’ve had a few years to have a good solid think about this, and we’ve decided to open up SexinArt a little bit more by inviting contributors to help with posting up quality content (we really do need the help!). In particular, we’ve had some complaints that there really isn’t enough male focussed work featured on the site, something we acknowledge, so if you’re keen on joining our posting team, please use the contact form and introduce (and sell!) yourselves to us!

Running SexinArt isn’t all work, especially when you get to make real world contacts like Brigham Field. Brigham’s based in LA, on the other side of the globe to me, but getting emails and phone calls from the photographer makes the world feel smaller (I like that feeling) not to mention he’s just such an awesome guy.

Brigham’s just shot Sasha Grey for beauty is divine and I have to say, they’re the most beautiful photos of Sasha I’ve ever seen (and hey… I’ve seen a lot!). As you may already know, Sasha was recently crowned 2008 AVN Adult Performer of the Year, adding to her growing list of creds which include music videos, alt-films, Penthouse Pet of the Year and mainstream TV appearances (Tyra Banks show annyone?).
