Picturebook Women
Images pricked on human skin are rather associated with self destruction or with manliness, toughness; full-body tattoos on women generally contradict the cliché of femininity in our society. Photographer Boris Schmalenberger explored this cliché and is now presenting his new series entitled “Bilderbuch-Frauen†(Picturebook Women).
