What comes up first when you type in “Sex in Art” into Google? The Sex Workers’ Art Show! They are a touring group of sex worker performance artists, about to embark on our latest national tour.
Photographer behind the website “Ravished“. His work is done by hand, by manipulating the negatives of his shots. Haunting and somewhat disturbing, but very cool.
The first thing i thought when i opened up Sher Grott’s gallery page on her website was “Oh, how CUTE!”, in direct response to her “Penile Persuasion” work, an image of which is posted above. I’m not sure it that was the intended effect, but regardless I’ve found Sher’s images to be delightful. Cute, colourful and very naughty.
I really recommend you read the introduction to Rev. Steven Johnson Leyba’s “Sexgoblins” paintings, as written by Penny Rimbaud. I’m sure you’ll find his work intriguing.
Erin Frost is a roller skating, dark haired beauty from Seattle in the US. Her photographic work comprises of a series of Black and White self portraits that “persue the erotic”. I really love her work, she is gorgeous, and the images she produces are nothing short of stunning.
The original “Leg Man”, Mike S. Mall is a Swedish artist, who delights in capturing on canvas, lovely legs in lovely “accessories” being Nylon, Heels and Skin Tight attire.
Talented New York painter René Capone. Colourful, vibrant, sexy. Predominantly male subjects, very nice. :)
“Jab Comix” is the official website of the online cartoonist – Jab. His subject matter is quite questionable, dealing with incest namely on most of the free samples you can view on his site… I found them to be hilarious.
Referring to himself only as “Chad” on his website, he is an Australian artist with a number of styles which he has incorporated across a broad body of works. Do browse his galleries, his “Porn/Art” section is what has drawn me directly to his work, along with the “Hikkomori” gallery, although i thoroughly enjoyed perusing his other works as well.
“Like porn, but classy” The Urban Dictionary has defined the word ‘porntage‘ as a montage of pornography but montages are classy, so these porntage desktops are random Internet porn images turned into classy pop art. Nice! We approve! Love the ultra bright desktops but damn how hot is the T-Shirt!
I am Never going to be able to watch “The Incredibles” or the “Flintstones” again with the same level of innocence, and it’s all thanks to Alex Hiro. He’s a Brazillian freelance artist, who likes to take images of cartoon characters and have them do some pretty naughty things to each other.
Wow, Freaky Surreal, I totally dig it. Anne Worbes is a German artist with a really nice style to her surreal paintings. Wispy colour and grotesque body shapes all meld together perfectly.
