Guo Jian
I’ve recently ventured overseas for a short jaunt into unfamiliarity, over to China for what feels now, like a very long (yet insanely short) 3 weeks of my life. I stumbled across Guo Jian’s work on my return to Australia and it captivated me straight away. His work so closely reflects the communist propaganda posters you see littering many Chinese homes and public spaces. I love the twist he puts on this prolific media, (which i found quite shocking during my travels). I hope you enjoy as well.
